Bars
I am a firm believer that you can get into the best shape of your life just by using your own body. That being said, as you progress you may want to manipulate your own body weight or manipulate gravity to get even more out of your workouts.
I recommend these bars because they are high quality, simple in design, portable, multi-purpose and versatile. These bars are a piece of strength training equipment that works arms, chest, back and core muscles like no other can, using your own body weight as resistance.

Making Your Own Exercise Bars
Here is my guide to building your own exercise bars, the pros and cons of each, and the reasons why I personally bought two pairs of the bars.

Exercise Bars – Build Your Own
No Excuses
For each piece of equipment I recommend, I will also always give you a way to build your own equipment as an alternative. You can always do the exact same exercises without buying the equipment. There are no excuses in The Body Power Method. When you set your mind to do something, nothing will stop you. You simply have to commit, believe in yourself, and be willing to adapt and improvise.
