Egg Whites
These are my absolute favorite egg whites. They are 100% liquid egg whites, but not raw.
Pasteurized vs. Raw
The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white. So, if you like to do the “Rocky Routine” with a raw egg or put raw egg whites in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella.
Avidin, which is found in raw egg whites, blocks the uptake of Vitamin B6 (Biotin) causing a vitamin deficiency. Pasteurized eggs solve this problem because they remain liquid so you can add them to drinks, but the avidin is neutralized during pasteurization. The threat of salmonella poisoning is removed during pasteurization as well.
These 100% pure liquid egg whites are heat pasteurized and salmonella tested. The pasteurization process heats the egg white to 134 degrees for 3 ½ minutes. This heat kills the salmonella and neutralizes the Avidin to allow the egg whites to be digested safely by the human body.

Why Drink Pasteurized Eggs?
When you cook an egg white to the point of scrambled eggs, you are overcooking the protein and denaturing the true value of the protein. Therefore, 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites are liquid but not raw, making them one of the purest form of protein!
You can add high quality, tasteless protein to any cold drink by adding pasteurized egg whites. Every morning I shake up a quick meal on the go of 5 to 6 oz. of egg whites (1/2 cup) and 1 tbsp of super greens. It’s easily digestible and full of probiotics.
Add some iced coffee and a splash of milk or almond milk for a protein filled iced latte. Add some chocolate milk and help your kids get enough protein without a fight.

If you’re not quite ready to try drinking egg whites, you can cook these egg whites too. They make great frittatas, and can be used in any cooking or baking recipe in place of a whole egg. Add a bit of turmeric if you miss the yellow color of whole eggs. No more cracking eggs. No more egg shells. No more throwing away yolks. One pump = 1 egg white, which is 1 oz.
How You Order and How They Arrive
Whey you order them online, the company will email you to confirm what time and day you will be home, then they ship them to you completely frozen.
You will have to let them thaw on the counter for over 24 hours in order to use them, but they stay fresh for months in the fridge and years in the freezer. That being said, I go through at least a gallon each month.
