16 weeks out! It is getting serious!
This is my current Tuesday leg workout and it is a KILLA!
You can do a modified version at home with a simple sandbag, or you can take my same workout to the gym.
Keep in mind it’s always a good idea to check with a doctor before you start any new fitness routine and this is my journey to becoming a figure competitor… not a personalized training program that takes in your injuries or abilities.
Listen to your body always first and foremost.
