I am a self admitted peanut butter junkie. It is my kryptonite.
I could easily eat a whole jar of peanut butter in a day if I allowed myself. I love the stuff. The problem, of course, is that although the fat in peanut butter is considered a ‘good’ fat, that doesn’t necessarily mean it is the right food to help you achieve your goals.
For me personally, it is much better if I get my ‘good’ fats from higher protein sources like salmon or tuna, even though I much prefer the nutty taste and creamy texture of peanut butter.
PB2 allows me to satisfy my peanut butter craving without sabotaging my hard work.

What is PB2?
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter. Before you say, “Ewwww,” think about adding it to baked recipes or smoothies. I wouldn’t personally use it like regular peanut butter on PB&J sandwich, but it is delicious mixed with egg whites and eaten right off the spoon!
I love to use it in recipes that call for the use of peanut butter, like breakfast bars, protein smoothies, or gluten free cookies and cakes.
PB2 has the same delicious, natural roasted peanut flavor as full fat peanut butter, but with nearly 85% less fat calories. It is gluten and lactose free.
