Super lean and healthy!
Purist, zen, super lean, high protein meatball recipe! Delicious! Make with EXTRA lean beef or EXTRA lean turkey.
The best way to ensure you’re getting the best quality ground meat is to buy a cut of london broil, top sirloin, or another extremely lean cut of beef or buffalo, then ask your butcher to grind it for you. Most grocery stores will be happy to help you, free of charge.
