Regular Mom to Figure Competitor – My Blank Canvas
We all start with a blank canvas. This is my blank canvas.
This is how a regular mom becomes a figure competitor. Well, I’m kind of a regular mom. Mostly regular. Maybe slightly irregular.
I’m giving you a little glimpse into my perception. My perception is that sculpting the physique is an art form instead of a sport. It’s a performance art. The choices I make, the foods I eat, the way I organize my time to fit in exercise and healthy food preparation… how I choose to live my life is my performance. Now it’s time for the big theatre production!
My first show is local, here in Northern California. It is called the NPC Contra Costa Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships on May 5th, 2012. My debut as an amateur figure competitor will be tomorrow!
I’m hoping my honesty and authenticity will inspire you to get motivated! I’m a regular person, just like you! I simply made a decision to get into the best shape of my life, then followed through each and every day. One workout at a time. One meal at a time.
Get into the best shape of your life with me, at home, for free! Make a decision to change your life. Start with http://bpm.tv!
xoxo ~ Cori
