Sleek & Sexy: Transformational Stomach Exercises

A flat stomach will make you look younger, healthier, and sexier. Many women try to transform their look with a number of stomach exercises, but their efforts are incomplete. Five minutes of flat tummy exercises at the end of an hour-long class at the gym isn’t going to cut it. When you work all the different areas correctly, you add so much to the base of your core: strength, endurance, stability. All these exercises work together, like a symphony, to create a beautiful result. If you want to look different, you need to DO different.
