I LOVE CHEESE! But my waist line does not! Excess cheese is a no no when you are trying to keep your tummy tight — especially when you are a cheese addict like me! But it tastes sooo good! I created a delicious HIGH PROTEIN NO FAT cheese out of greek yogurt! It is to die for! Try it!

Keep in mind I made this before I took all lactose out of my own personal diet, so this recipe is NOT lactose free.
